Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Waiting time is free for the first 30 minutes at airports and 10 minutes non airport. Charges may be applied after the free grace period at £30.00 per hour or part of. Any car parking charges incurred will be charged at cost.
Cancellation of less than eight hours before booking time will be charged in full.
A booking fee of 25% may be taken for Weddings and Events, and is not refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the event.
Payment by Cash, Amex, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Debit or Credit Cards and Bacs.
Rates are subject to a 25% surcharge on Public Holidays and 50% Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Day.
We can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried within or outside the cars; however such loss or damage is caused.
We cannot guarantee journey times and will not accept liability for delay caused by accidents, diversion, weather or other causes outside our control.
Whilst we have full breakdown cover, we cannot be held responsible for callout times, from the Breakdown companies we use.
Any damaged caused to the interior or exterior of the cars by the client, or guests of, will be charged accordingly.
Invoices to approved companies will be issued at the end of each month and payment is required within 14 days.
Vehicles are fully licensed by Aylesbury Vale district Council.
Drivers are fully licensed with Aylesbury Vale district Council.
